CUERVO ACAPULCO FIZZ

1 1/2 oz. Cuervo Gold
1 1/2 oz. Cream
2 oz. Orange juice
3 ice cubes
2 tsp. granulated sugar
2 dashes Orange Bitters
1 whole egg

Blend all ingredients together. 
Pour into a highball glass. 
Garnish with orange slice.
