FRANGELICO FREEZE

1 1/2 oz. Frangelico Liqueur
4 oz. Vanilla ice cream
3-4 ice cubes
3 oz. Milk or half & half

Blend until smooth and creamy, 
top with a dollop of whipped cream and cherry.
