ISLAND PLEASURE

1 oz. Cream of Banana
1/2 oz. Frangelico
2 oz. Cream
1 1/2 oz. Angostura grenadine

Blend all ingredients with crushed ice. 
Serve in a 12 oz. glass. 
Garnish with pineapple slice and cherry through a parasol.
