FAY RYE COCKTAIL

2 oz. Rye Whiskey
1 oz. Sweet Vermouth
1 tsp. Absinthe substitute (Absente, Pernod, Ricard, or Herbsaint)
3 dashes Angostura Bitters
1 Maraschino Cherry

Stir. Strain the mixture into the chilled cocktail glass;
Garnish with cherry.
