JOHN COLLINS
3 oz. Evan Williams Bourbon
1 oz. Fresh Lemon Juice
1 tsp. Superfine Sugar
3 oz. Club Soda
1 Cherry
1 Orange Slice

In a shaker half-filled with ice cubes, combine
 the bourbon, lemon juice and sugar. 
Shake well and pour into a collins glass. 
Top with club soda. 
Garnish with cherry and orange slice.
