FRENCH 75

1 1/2 oz. Cognac
1/2 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. powdered sugar
Champagne

Combine everything but Champagne.
Shake and pour in a Champagne glass.
Fill with Champagne.  Garnish with a lemon twist.
