SOVIET COCKTAIL

1 1/2 oz. Vodka
1/2 oz. Dry Vermouth
1/2 oz. Dry Sherry
Lemon Peel

Mix all ingredients, except lemon peel, with cracked ice in a shaker 
or blender and strain into a chilled cocktail glass. 
Twist lemon peel over drink and drop into glass.
